    My question is about eye health,

    As we get older I notice that eyes tend to get dull with more pronounced veins. But I see some very healthy yogis with bright white eyes. Is there a specific target area of our body that should be looked at? like the liver or kidneys?

    Needing some suggestions, for active healthy women in their late 40s showing signs of hormone deficiency, such as lethargic, focus and memory changes, and weight gain.
