      Greetings Mina,
      Thank you for watching and participating in Magical Medical Tour.

      Avoiding migraines can be a challenge.
      First I would suggest you view our interview with Phillip Ente, MD, a neurologist and Associate Professor at UCLA

      Second, I would want to make sure that you or the person you are concerned about has an official diagnosis of migraines. There are many types of headaches, head pain and migraines.

      There appear to be many triggers that can cause or contribute to a migraine headache. Foods,environmental toxins, toxins found in household products, emotional and physical issues. If you can recognize and avoid these triggers that would help. Sometimes there is an abnormal alignment in the upper spine that can be adjusted.

      Once you feel a migraine”coming on” there are Western medicines that will help to prevent, alleviate or ease the discomfort. Talk with your Doctor. There are also remedies and herbs prescribed by homeopaths, naturopaths and traditional Asian Medicine practitioners.

      Finally, on MMT we always speak about Life Balance including Nutrition, exercise, stress and sleep management . Spirituality and patterns of behavior. Make sure you are in balance.
