A search for truth? Does it feel like that is what you are on? The search for the truth of who you are, or what you are meant to be doing. Could it be that when you are searching for “truth” you can’t actually find it? It’s time to be your Living Truth… It’s time, and it is easy to embody your truth and live it. When you cease searching, and move into being who you are, you become your Living Truth. You have embodied ‘you’. You have moved into your Truth.

    I feel overwhelming to hear that acceptance of who I am will bring me to a balance of mind and body. I have spent years with medications for bi-polar depression and I have also spent over 20yrs with chronic pain. Everything has changed my medications have changed I am to think so much clearer I have started yoga I am finding some balance with the pain. But, the farther I go with this change the more I am becoming agitated I struggle with such fear: that this is not real, and that the bubble will break, I will have a breakdown, I can’t go back but, I can go forward but it is a struggle.

  2. It seems a strange truth that accepting everything that feels both good and bad within us, will set us free … and it is also the ultimate truth.
    It is how we are the living truth as I described in this episode. It seems very hard in the beginning to trust that your very being can be ‘in charge’ so to speak and give you direction. And yet you are definately discovering that this is so!

    You are using your own strength of truth to trust even when you are frightened. The more you trust this, the more freedom from all kinds of pain you will acheive!

    One thing to believe about yourself is that what you think may be who are supposed to be may not be real at all. In other words, we all have our very own unique imperfections. Your state of balance may be different from mine. And both are just perfect. You can be at peace with whatever your ‘difficulties’ are. You don’t have to work hard to change yourself.

    Instead, find out you really are, and relax in comfort with this ‘you’.
